Must Have

At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development, with a focus on the DACH Region, Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities, Fluent in German and English, Working knowledge of AI tools, capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to translate them into practical partner and customer value
