What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment, Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows or strategy in a partner-led environment, 3-5 years’ experience working with, or selling into, the HR Tech, HCM, Global Payroll Industries, Proven ability to establish trust quickly and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial professional connections

Nice to Have

Direct experience with GTM strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products, Partner marketing experience: Event Planning, Organization, Execution, and Lead Development and Follow Up

What You'll Do.

Build and leverage a robust network within our partners to drive consistent

high-quality lead flow

Serve as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support within your assigned region

Nurture relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals

Deliver high-energy training (in-person and virtual) to sales teams to articulate the G-P value proposition and identify client pain points

Bridge partner-referred leads to the G-P Co-Sell team(s)

ensuring transparent tracking and facilitating reciprocal opportunities
