What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years in business development, partner management, and/or sales roles at high growth tech company, Proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline from zero to multi-million-dollar impact, Experience driving co-sell motions and working closely with regional sales teams, Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, Highly collaborative, action-oriented, and motivated by exceeding ambitious growth targets

What You'll Do.
Define and execute Vercel’s APAC partner strategy across Technology and Solution partners
and activate high-impact regional and global partners
Establish scalable engagement models that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
Develop joint GTM plans with partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
and opportunity acceleration in partnership with regional Sales leaders
Own revenue targets tied to partner performance and ecosystem contribution
Build executive-level relationships with alliance leaders
Serve as the primary point of accountability for strategic partner success in APAC
Align partner objectives with Vercel’s growth priorities
Collaborate with Solution partners to package and bring Vercel’s AI Cloud and frontend platform offerings to market
Identify repeatable use cases
and reference architectures that unlock scale
Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing based on regional partner and customer insights
Lead partner enablement initiatives to ensure technical
and marketing readiness
Equip partners with messaging
and use-case clarity to successfully sell Vercel
Represent the APAC partner voice internally and ensure alignment across teams

As a Partner Lead, APAC, you will play a pivotal role in helping to establish, and grow our partner ecosystem with Technology and Solution partners. This is a senior individual contributor role for a builder. You will define the strategy, activate priority partners, and generate meaningful partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to establish Vercel as a strategic platform within the APAC ecosystem.
