What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Customer-facing technical experience, solutions engineering, technical support, integration engineering, Backend engineering, Java, Python services, Experience participating in on-call or support rotation, supporting a production system, Operational Cloud Infrastructure experience, interpersonal and communication skills, Product-minded, High autonomy and ownership, Motivated by a startup within a scale-up environment
Nice to Have
Experience building APIs for external users, Frontend development experience, Experience working with automotive or mobility industry partners, Background in SRE, DevOps, cloud operations, Experience building or operating monitoring or observability tooling

Triage and resolve technical issues
Build monitoring and alerting tooling
Support European OEM build relationships
