Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute a reseller partner go-to-market strategy focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the partner ecosystem. Manage the full partner lifecycle including recruitment, qualification, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance management. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across executive, sales, marketing, and operational levels to ensure long-term collaboration and trust. Drive partner-led sales initiatives, including the development and execution of joint sales plays and pipeline generation activities. Align closely with internal direct sales teams to ensure coordinated execution, opportunity sharing, and strategic alignment. Coordinate cross-functional resources including solution engineering, product, marketing, and support to enable partner success. Develop and maintain annual business plans with key partners, tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. Provide leadership with regular reporting on pipeline health, forecasts, win/loss analysis, and market trends. Ensure partners are properly trained, enabled, and certified on the product portfolio to maximize sales effectiveness. Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners to expand regional and global coverage. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in the software or technology industry, with at least 7 years in SaaS or subscription-based models. Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or GTM leadership roles. Strong track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems. Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and value drivers in subscription environments. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams. Strong strategic thinking combined with a high bias for action and execution excellence.
