Must Have
5+ years of experience in revenue enablement and/or partner enablement, Direct experience onboarding and enabling external channel and alliance partners, program management skills, Experience with LMS/enablement platforms, Familiarity with sales methodology enablement, Familiarity with deal qualification frameworks, A systems-thinking approach, Data orientation, Comfort with technical products, Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into partner-ready and rep-ready materials, AI fluency
Nice to Have
experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools via terminal to build lightweight apps or automations that solve enablement and operational needs
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end enablement strategy and execution for Channel
Navigate multiple partner program types with distinct enablement needs
Wrangle cross-functional stakeholders to extract knowledge and inputs
Partner with Channel & Alliances team to align enablement programs
Own the ongoing health and evolution of the GTM new hire onboarding program
Manage onboarding logistics end to end
Track onboarding performance metrics
Maintain sales playbooks as living documents
Identify gaps in existing playbook coverage
Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate content creation
Build lightweight automations
or internal tools using AI coding tools

As the Partner & GTM Enablement Program Manager at PolyAI, you will own the enablement programs that keep our external partners and internal GTM teams equipped to sell effectively. This means building and scaling partner enablement across Channel, Alliances, and eventually GSI motions while also maintaining the foundational programs (onboarding, playbooks) that drive internal rep readiness across the organization. You'll operate at the intersection of partner-facing and internal enablement, leveraging the natural overlap between what partners need and what our own team needs to build scalable, repeatable programs.
