As Partner Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding existing strategic partnerships and cultivating new ones to drive merchant acquisition within the French market. This is an exciting opportunity that offers significant ownership, allowing you to build a strong professional network within Lightspeed's extensive partner ecosystem. What you’ll be responsible for: - Build and nurture relationships with existing resellers and referral partners to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. - Work with the Partner Development Manager and Partner Enablement Manager to deliver onboarding, engaging training & Go-To-Market strategies - Develop, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with the territory market strategy. Consistently achieve or exceed channel sales quotas while providing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales pipeline reports and forecasts. - Conduct in-depth market research on enterprise app trends, identify new applications, monitor pricing models, and analyse competitive marketplaces to inform strategy and positioning. - Ensure strong two-way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed. - Deliver impactful one-to-one screen-share presentations and product demos to influence key decision-makers. - Partner with Product, Business Development, and Sales teams to align objectives, share market insights, and drive overall channel partner growth.
