Amazon Fuse team is looking for an exceptionally driven and talented Partner Growth Manager to drive growth for Amazon's subscription services (Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music, Kindle Unlimited, and more) through 3P across Southeast Asia and AU/NZ. This is a strategic, partner-facing, and data-driven marketing leadership role focused on accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through partner-led initiatives. The role involves owning and scaling marketing relationships with key regional partners, delivering measurable performance growth through integrated go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, data-led insights, and scalable marketing programs. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Central Marketing and Partner Growth, Product, Lifecycle Management, and Finance teams to develop and execute impactful strategies that strengthen partner engagement and expand Amazon’s customer base.
