What You'll Achieve.
driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities within WatchGuard's existing partner base; generate measurable pipeline impact; Your success will be measured by the health of the partner expansion marketing funnel — from total leads and MQLs through conversion rates and new cross-sell opportunities created.; set clear MQL and pipeline creation goals and track program performance to know what’s working and what’s not.; ensure consistent, quality execution and proper tracking.; nurture partners through their buyer’s journey from awareness in a product line to MQL.; ensure timely, consistent follow-up on all marketing-sourced leads and MQLs.; Regularly report on total leads, MQLs, conversion rates, and new cross-sell opportunities to marketing and sales leadership, with clear optimization recommendations.

Must Have
Experience building and executing go-to-market plays or integrated campaigns, understanding of marketing funnel metrics and experience reporting on performance to leadership, Experience working directly with sales teams and building processes for sales and marketing alignment, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling partner-facing messaging
Nice to Have
Prior experience in cybersecurity or technology marketing is a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop and own the partner expansion marketing GTM plan
including the creation and implementation of go-to-market plays that drive awareness
and conversion among existing partners.
Build and launch integrated campaigns across digital
and content channels in collaboration with demand generation
and the webinar team to ensure consistent
quality execution and proper tracking.
Own the strategy and content creation for our partner expansion lifecycle program to nurture partners through their buyer’s journey from awareness in a product line to MQL.
Coordinate with the webinar team on the planning
and follow-up of partner expansion-focused webinar series
ensuring alignment to active GTM plays and cross-sell messaging.
Develop campaign timelines and work back schedules
assign activities to the appropriate teams
and proactively work with channel owners to drive deadlines and keep programs on track.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales and marketing; You will work closely with demand generation, marketing operations, and the webinar team; partner directly with sales reps; You’ll bring deep expertise across marketing disciplines, collaborate directly with senior sales and marketing leaders; reviewing funnel performance data with marketing operations; aligning with the demand generation team; briefing the webinar team; connect with sales reps; sync with the sales team; work closely with product marketing; Partner closely with product marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations to ensure messaging, assets, and programs are aligned and up-to-date.
