Über die Rolle: Als Partner Enablement Manager gestaltest du aktiv den Aufbau eines skalierbaren Enablement-Ökosystems für unsere Marketplace-Partner und trägst dazu bei, dass diese unsere Plattform eigenständig und erfolgreich nutzen können. Dabei arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Content, Produkt, technischen Integrationen und Partner Experience und entwickelst moderne Lern- und Kommunikationsformate, die echten Mehrwert schaffen. Du übersetzt komplexe technische und operative Prozesse in verständliche, nutzerfreundliche Inhalte und schaffst damit die Grundlage für eine bessere Partner Experience, schnellere Aktivierung und höhere Feature-Adoption. Besonders spannend: Du gestaltest die Knowledge Base als zentrales Produkt aktiv mit und entwickelst datengetriebene Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Partner-Onboardings. Über deine Aufgaben: * Du entwickelst und verantwortest eine skalierbare Knowledge Base als zentrales Enablement-Produkt für unsere Marketplace-Partner. * Du erstellst moderne und nutzerfreundliche Lernformate wie Step-by-Step-Guides, Video-Tutorials, Walkthroughs und Troubleshooting-Flows. * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Technical Integration Team zusammen, um praxisnahe Onboarding-Insights in verständliche Inhalte zu übersetzen. * Du analysierst Content-Performance, Nutzerverhalten und Supportanfragen , um Inhalte kontinuierlich zu optimieren und Self-Service-Angebote auszubauen. * Du unterstützt die schnellere Partneraktivierung und stärkere Feature-Adoption durch effekti
