What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting, Proven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs, Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
Nice to Have
Experience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferred, program management and stakeholder management skills

Build scalable curricula that drive partner proficiency in Netomi’s CX and AI platform
Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance gaps
Drive awareness and adoption within top-tier partners
Ensure Netomi is top-of-mind and embedded (“sticky”) within partner teams
Facilitate pilot programs and support early-stage deployments with partners
Act as a key connector between partners and internal teams
Clearly communicate the economic value and ROI of Netomi solutions to partners
Help structure and promote certifications
Support partner-led opportunities across strategic accounts
Own program operations including scheduling
and certification progress
Navigate complex organizations and internal stakeholders to drive execution
Identify enablement gaps and proactively implement solutions
Work through ambiguity and remove friction to keep programs moving forward
