Datadog is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, activation, and enablement across our APAC partner ecosystem. Working closely with Partner Sales Managers, partner organizations, and the Global Partner Enablement team, you'll help partners build the skills and knowledge needed to successfully position, sell, and support Datadog. Reports to: Manager, Global Partner Programs, Channels & Alliances. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Execute partner enablement programs across APAC. Deliver onboarding experiences that accelerate partner productivity. Roll out training, certifications, workshops, webinars, and enablement initiatives. Partner with Partner Sales Managers to identify and activate high-potential partners. Adapt global enablement content and programs for regional needs. Gather partner feedback and recommend program improvements. Track readiness, participation, and activation metrics. Serve as a trusted enablement resource for partners across APAC. Travel across the region to deliver training, workshops, and partner events. Who You Are: 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, training, or related SaaS/technology roles. Experience working with channel, alliance, reseller, MSP, cloud, or technology partners. Experience with partner onboarding, activation, or success programs. Familiarity with LMS, certification, or enablement platforms. Experience working across APAC markets and cultures. Background in SaaS, cloud, observability, or infrastructure technologies. Knowledge of partner recruitment, segmentation, or consumption-based business models. Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and project management skills.
