The successful candidate will be responsible for driving partner lifecycle operations, Partner Relationship Management tooling, enablement alignment across internal teams, and success metrics reporting. This work will ensure partners and internal teams can execute consistently and deliver measurable impact as the ADI partner strategy evolves. **Role & Responsibility** This is an internal facing partner enablement and operations role responsible for establishing scalable partner infrastructure while enabling partners and sales teams to work effectively together across ADI. * Ensure operational consistency, governance, and process discipline as the partner program scales across ADI. * Serve as the primary operational point of contact coordinating Legal, Finance, Sales, and Support to unblock and operationalize partner engagement. * Work with Partner Program Leader to define and manage partner readiness criteria by partner type, ensuring partners meet technical and comm
