What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development, 5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud, or SaaS space, Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels), Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, Ability to engage C suite of the partners, as well as collaborate closely with the sales leadership
What You'll Do.
Strategically plan and work with the Partners and Sales team to deliver a cross-functional GTM to engage our most strategic partners to accelerate revenue in the ASEAN region
Take care of top System Integrator (SI) Partners predominantly headquartered in Philippines
Drive marketing activities with your partners to increase brand awareness and product adoption
Define and put in place a structure to lead the strategy for top SI in the ASEAN region
enable and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate your book of business
Increase mindshare of Snowflake with our identified partners in Philippines
Manage a portfolio of high performing Systems Integrators to achieve partnership goals including sales quotas
as well as technical and marketing activities
Formulate winning strategies and strategize account engagements with the field to win together
Develop partner specific account plans to include annual & quarterly goals
as well as marketing and enablement plans
Adhere to and support various program guidelines
Ensure that the partners maintain baseline training and knowledge of Snowflake
Align GTM strategy across various business segments in Snowflake with your appropriate partners
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with sales, solution engineering, professional services and other relevant teams to collaborate for success; Work collaboratively with our sales and sales engineering teams to meet territory sales goals; Work collaboratively with our global program, Cloud and ISV teams to meet the global program goals
