No two days are the same. **Mō te Tūranga | About the Role** We have an opportunity for an experienced commercial banking professional to progress their career in an equally challenging yet exciting role, based in Dunedin. This role will give you the opportunity to support some of our largest commercial customers with their goals. **What does a day in the life of a Commercial Partner look like?** No day is the same given the variety of customers, and that's what makes the role so exciting. A typical day might include: * In the morning you're out on-site with one of your customers reviewing their annual business plan and understand their funding needs for the year ahead. * Over lunch you have your Business Development hat on attending an industry event or meeting a new potential customer * During the afternoon you're back in the office analysing financials and the information you have gathered to structure lending assessments. You'll learn and grow, and get to work with a range of industry leading BNZ specialists to ensure the delivery of appropriate products and services to meet our customers' requirements. **What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?** The market is competitive and commercially orientated; therefore, the role requires someone with a high level of commercial acumen. You'll have a proven track record of success in financial services and experience dealing with business or commercial banking clients.
