OpenAI’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Partnerships team builds and scales a global ecosystem of strategic partners that accelerate AI adoption, expand customer impact, and extend OpenAI’s reach across industries and geographies. As the Partnerships organization rapidly expands, data has become a critical strategic asset. The ability to accurately measure partner influence, attribute customer outcomes, track performance against targets, and administer partner incentives is foundational to how OpenAI scales its ecosystem. The Partner Business Intelligence team sits at the center of this effort, building the data infrastructure, attribution systems, reporting frameworks, and analytical foundations that power decision-making across the Partnerships organization. About the Role We are seeking a highly technical and business-minded leader to build and own the data foundation of OpenAI’s global Partnerships organization. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and governing the Partnerships data model that serves as the source of truth for partner performance, attribution, pipeline influence, partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, incentive programs, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will own the end-to-end architecture that powers how OpenAI measures partner impact internally and how we communicate performance externally to partners. This includes designing attribution methodologies, defining performance metrics, building scalable data pipelines, establishing reporting frameworks, and creating the infrastructure that supports partner incentive calculations and payouts.
