Must Have
6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or similar roles, 5+ years of experience working in the Contact Center space, Experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams

About the role: As the Partner AI Enablement Manager, GTM, you’ll be responsible for building a world-class AI Agent partner ecosystem that drives revenue and successful customer outcomes by equipping our partners with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to position, sell, and deliver Cresta AI Agents effectively. You’ll work closely with Partner Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver enablement programs that accelerate partner ramp, reinforce Cresta’s value throughout the partner motion, and ensure partners are set up to consistently execute high-quality customer engagements. Your focus will be on enabling partners that support Cresta’s Enterprise and Strategic customers, including global SIs, BPOs, and technology partners (ISVs) working with the world’s largest contact centers.
