Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience with providing a great customer experience. Basic math proficiency for calculating quantities and ensuring accurate inventory counts. Proven organizational, time management, detail-orientation, and problem-solving abilities. Effective and consistent communication skills with internal and external customers. Ability to adapt quickly, thrive, and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Must have an inherent desire to learn, develop, and strive for continuous improvement. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in extreme and varying weather conditions and temperatures. Lifting/Movement: Constantly lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds; regularly lift and/or move objects, equipment parts, and tools up to 50 pounds or more; and occasionally move objects up to 100 pounds or more. Stamina & Mobility: Spend extended periods standing and walking on varying, possibly uneven surfaces, maneuvering throughout the yard and around large equipment/obstacles. May also remain stationary for long periods (standing or sitting). Move into different positions, including bending and stooping, to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.
