Reporting to the Supervisor, this position is responsible for will be required to perform multiple functions within the production area. This will include but not be limited to the efficient and effective operation of all related production equipment. They will also ensure that all operations and products meet or exceed government and company specifications and standards. MHE experience & operation is an asset. This role works closely with quality, and warehouse teams to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime. Schedule: variable shift schedule – AM & PM, weekday & weekends Hourly rate: $27.73 to $29.14 ** _How you will make contributions that matter:_** * Safely, efficiently and effectively operate production filling machines. (Correct weights, packing temperatures, labels & code dates). This involves running the machine at the required speed and meeting all Health and Safety, Food Safety and production requirements. Changing over sizes and cleaning machine are required. Load and unload delivery trucks using equipment safely and efficiently * Responsible for set-up, sanitizing, and wash up duties (CIP/COP) as applicable. * Inspect for product accuracy and report any damages or discrepancies * Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic corrective actions * Maintain cleanliness of the facility and perform general housekeeping duties * Update required documentation * Record shift data and support inventory tracking * Assist with unplanned tasks and perform other duties as assigne
