Reporting to the Store Manager, Tailors are consumer centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for delivering a best-in-class Tailoring experience and excellent product for all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, and Tailor Shop operations. **We 're looking for a Tailor who shares our values: ** * **Embraces Originality and Integrity** : You share our passion for fashion and understand the importance of our brand heritage. * **Empathy for Customers and Co-workers** : You add positivity to our store culture. * **Demonstrate Courage:** You lead with our values. * **Drives Performance:** You're results-oriented and support the team. **You 'll support the leadership team to success:** * Executes and is responsible for basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering, etc.) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting/tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed ap pearance altering processes.) * Exemplifies and possesses strong customer service skills to elevate our clients’ experience. * Resolve tailor-related consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues. * Educates and trains store teams on customer offerings and services provided by the Tailor Shop. * May support with training Tailors within district and/or region on Tailor processes and Levi’s Tailoring standards. * Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, able to follow directives of store management * Suggest
