Full Job Description

We are currently seeking someone to fulfill our Part Time Special Projects position. You will be joining highly qualified professionals that share our vision of Empowering Children to Conquer their World! Pediatrics Plus is a highly collaborative pediatric healthcare provider. This role helps with tasks and activities under the guidance of the VP of Streamline and Systems. Implement ATI such as ordering, receiving, sorting, packaging, and assembling new toys. Assist with ordering supplies for training day and setup on location. Support HR staff as needed. Assist with HRIS setup, processes, and implementation. Assist with new site set-ups, which may require occasional travel. Assist with other special projects as assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education/ Certification: High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of Arkansas. Skills/ Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people. Strong time management skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changes quickly and efficiently. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization.
