What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18 years of age, able to pass a criminal background and drug screen, One to three months related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, Must be able to speak, read and write standard English language, Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, Must be able to write simple correspondence, Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s, ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance, Must be able to put numbers in numerical sequence, Must be able to understand 24 hour and military time systems, Clearly understand rates applicable to time passed
Nice to Have
Customer service experience preferred, Register/Computer experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Accurately collect and reconcile revenue
Meet with managers from client accounting department
Work an over / short report
Track discounts and comps
Manage property access systems
Examine cash handling and tracking activities
Collect daily paperwork
Reconcile daily and overnight validations and comps
Input information into budget and forecast files
Analyze data for deficiencies and opportunities
Inspect equipment and vendor control log book
Inspect gates and equipment
Review adjustments with facility representative
Update transition plans
Assist with new management transition
Communicate staff performance issues
Fix over / shorts for property
Be available for cashiers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with Account Managers on programs to improve job; Work with Account Managers regarding job performance of cashiers; Communicate staff performance issues and/or irregularities to management; Work with appropriate facility representative; Pass on information to AM daily; Present information to employees
