We are currently hiring **3 Part-Time Service Advisors** for our Member Contact Centre. This role is based at our **Burnaby Head Office**. Please note that during the training period, the schedule will be **full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday**. Once training is complete, team members will transition to a **part-time schedule (5 days per week)**. As a Service Advisor in our Member Contact Centre, you’ll be one of the first voices our customers hear when they’re seeking advice to protect their homes, travel the world, and ensure they’re safe on BC’s roads. You’ll meet their needs by recommending memberships or travel and auto insurance. **Being a Service Advisor is your first step towards a rewarding career with BCAA**.
