Manage patient referrals
Manage visit schedules
Assign other services
Ensure Oasis visits are scheduled
Ensure Oasis visits are performed timely
Prepare weekly clinician schedules
Review clinician schedules daily
Determine capacity opportunities
Ensure productivity standards are met
Schedule all visits with field staff
Process workflow for scheduled visits
Process workflow for missed visits
Process workflow for rescheduled visits
Process workflow for reassigned visits
Process workflow for declined visits
Process workflow for delivered visits
Assign clinicians in efficient geography
Maximize clinician efficiency
Utilize lowest possible discipline
Match skill with required care
Optimize clinician capacity
Communicate daily with field staff
Notify Clinical Manager
Manage calls from patients
Manage calls from field staff
Refer clinical issues
Refer performance issues
Monitor hospitalized patients
Ensure team follows up
Complete requested schedules
Include all orders and services
