WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Drive Sales and Revenue: Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Stay informed about current promotions sales, and programs and sales to inform customers effectively Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience Provide detailed product information and recommendations Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally Responsible for high quality patient customer service, retrieving patient information when required from the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and maintaining confidential and HIPAA compliant paperwork Package pre-orders efficiently and accurately for reserve ahead pickups O
