A consistent part-time schedule will be established within these hours. Flexibility required to include other hours, as necessary. **STARTING PAY RANGE:** $26.21 - $28.24 per hour* _*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed_** _within the range_** _based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity._ **POSITION SUMMARY** Provide individualized case management, intervention support, and resource coordination to assist students in overcoming academic, personal, financial, and other barriers impacting persistence and credential completion. Assess student needs and connect students with appropriate internal and external resources using relationship-based coaching and problem-solving approaches.
