We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist/Processor with excellent people skills to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to manage a single-person site where you will be responsible for drawing and processing specimens while providing exceptional care to patients of all ages. Pay: $18.98 - $25.69 Per Hour DOE *Competitive Retention Bonus paid out every year for 3 years* Schedule: Part time schedule, flexibility available. Benefits: Dental Basic Life/AD 2+ years preferred. Must have experience working with patients across all age groups — including infants, children, adults, and older adults. Licensing able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Physical Requirements: Laboratory setting with automated equipment emitting ambient sounds. High level of staff interaction in close quarters; must hear alarms to ensure timely response to safety needs. Regular handling of potentially infectious samples, with required protective gear (lab coat, gloves, goggles, face shield). Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, crawl, twist, and walk on uneven surfaces throughout the day. Frequent bending, extended standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime as needed. OSHA Category: This role involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and/or tissues, with Hepatitis-B vaccination offered to all performing these duties.
