Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy, Current Occupational Therapy licensure, Current NBCOT certification, Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Experience with early intervention, Experience working with children with autism, Reliable transportation, Valid driver's license, Submit to background check
Nice to Have
Experience with Epic EHR, Experience with Cerner EHR
