Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store
Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns
Counting change back to customer
Promoting credit and loyalty programs
Maintaining and upholding merchandising philosophy
Following established merchandising procedures and standards
Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
Initiating and participating in store recovery
Maintaining all organizational
and recovery standards for the sales floor
Participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
Adhering to all labor laws
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participating in safety awareness
Maintaining a safe environment
