May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally., The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently., Subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures) and is exposed to outside weather conditions., Noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate., Travel requirements vary by assignment.

Nice to Have
High School Diploma (GED), One year of retail or related experience
What You'll Do.
Work independently to prepare food
Ensure contribution to the financial best interest of the store
Meet company guidelines for guest experience
Comply with company guidelines for safety and food safety
Prepare and Produce Meat Products to Production Planner
Package and Label Meat Products per program plan
Merchandise Meat Products per Flight plan/Merchandising Expectations
Stock Backroom with Meat Products – Rotating and Dating Casesuckets
Notify the Meat Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered
Work as a team with other departments and Stores to achieve growth in our SpartanNash Retail stores
Understand basic functions of adding
multiplying and division
and cleaning steps completed to other associates
Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines
Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations
Follow Guest Experience Guidelines
May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
