achieve success; make positive impacts on the lives we touch and enrich the communities we serve; remain THE leader and powerful force in Multi-Family Real Estate; ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality; completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service within 24 to 48 hours; completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins; supports cost-cutting and expense control programs; completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked; verify the work, materials and services meet quality standards, scope and specifications as required; complies with RangeWater Residential’s safety and risk-management policies; identify safety and risk management concerns; keep the property in good repair; communicate concerns about the physical needs of the property to management

Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled, must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied, Works in frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous, Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes taking calls evenings, weekends, and holidays, Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance, The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat, Intermittently required to sit and perform keyboard work, Routine local travel may be required to run business-related errands including but not limited to meetings and training, Non-local travel may be required up for business-related responsibilities
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current Valid Driver's License, EPA certifications Type and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, all certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
Nice to Have
1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred

follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials
and other items from the property’s maintenance shop
completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely
may periodically inspect work performed by contractors
vendors and other service providers
complies with RangeWater Residential’s safety and risk-management policies
assists in conducting routine and periodic property inspections in person to identify safety and risk management concerns
keep the property in good repair
and communicate concerns about the physical needs of the property to management
