ABOUT THE ROLE The Mail Clerk is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and distributing documents, and coordinating with internal teams for timely handling of critical items. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient and secure mail operations that support the company’s administrative and financial workflows. The Mail Clerk will bring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability, and will work closely with the various departments to ensure timely communication and document delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Go onsite to collect, sort, and open incoming mail. - Scan and electronically distribute mail to appropriate recipients. - Identify and gather checks; promptly notify the Finance team for processing. - Maintain accurate records of scanned and distributed mail. - Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. - Performs other duties as needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in mailroom or clerical work preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Basic computer skills, including scanning and email communication. - Professional demeanor and strong communication skills. POSITION LOGISTICS - Position is Onsite, based in CST strongly preferred - Part-time employment - Reports to Executive Assistant COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - The pay range
