Must Have
Age 21 or over, High School Diploma or equivalent, Valid Government-Issued Photo ID, 2+ years experience in a retail or a similar customer-facing environment where sales and service are critical, Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and influence others, Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, attention to detail with the ability to multitask, plan, and manage time effectively, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns professionally, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Proven track record of leadership capabilities, Experience in coaching and developing retail teams on sales skills, Cannabis industry experience a plus
