What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years' experience in apparel or lifestyle retail, Proven experience in a lead or senior role, Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team, Demonstrated ability to use KPIs and sales insights, Resourceful and proactive, Ability to calmly resolve conflicts, Ability to de-escalate challenging situations, Work authorization in Canada, 18 years of age or older, Ability to lift and handle packages up to 25lbs, Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods
