This position involves assessing participant needs, developing tailored Employment Action Plans, and offering targeted coaching designed to enhance employability, confidence, and workplace readiness. The role also contributes to career programming by facilitating workshops, maintaining employment resources, and guiding individuals through job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation.
