Industry & Context.
Travel up to 75% during peak season (July–October), Available to facilitate professional learning sessions for up to 30 hours per week, Available to facilitate professional learning for up to 20 hours per week during non-peak season (November–June), Travel is required for this role, Consistent availability during scheduled training engagements, which may occur during standard school or business hours, Ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in education or related field, At least 5 years of professional experience facilitating/delivering professional development, Prior experience in K-12 education, Experience with educational technology, Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars, Deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles, Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, Ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly, High level of attention to detail, Proven organizational skills, High level of collaboration with internal and cross functional teams, Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately, Ability to work independently on tasks, projects, and learning sessions, Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, Ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation

Job Description Renaissance Learning is seeking a part-time Field Consultant with strong facilitation skills to deliver high-impact, engaging professional learning for Renaissance users. Working closely with Professional Learning leaders, Renaissance Field Consultants help educators apply learning to practices for lasting growth. Renaissance Field Consultants are key members of our Customer Education team and are responsible for facilitating top quality training experiences, building positive relationships, supporting educators in their implementation of Renaissance solutions, assessment and data practices, and contributing to the continuous development of Renaissance professional learning programs. In this role as Part-Time Field Consultant, you will be responsible for: Renaissance Field Consultants are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are paid an hourly rate, with reimbursement for approved travel and related expenses. Consultants must be available to facilitate professional learning sessions for up to 30 hours per week and be willing to travel up to 75% during peak season (July–October).
