Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves** * Manage the onsite cleaners to ensure the clean and tidiness of office and perform regular performance review with vendors. * Responsible for invoice submission and tracking before cut-off date. * Manage the air-conditioning arrangement upon request from users. * Manage office supplies ordering on monthly basis. * Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses. * Responsible for Employee badge and building card management. * Responsible for maintenance schedule arrangement with local vendors. * Responsible for ticket resolving for all general facilities-related matters. **Job Requirements** * Diploma / Higher Diploma in any discipline of relevant experience in customer service environment preferably in PM/FM or hotel industry or CS industry; * Good command of both written and spoken English, and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); * Excellent customer service and communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing; * Cheerful, proactive, well organized, detail-minded and able to work independently **Location:** On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
