Must Have
1 year retail experience, 6 months of leadership experience

understanding of merchandising techniques, Capable of multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors, Able to train others

Oversee front of store Associates

Promote loyalty programs
Engage and interact with customers
Maintain clean and organized store
Model outstanding customer service
Create positive customer experience

Train and mentor Associates
Coach Associates on customer experience
Support POS coverage needs
Coordinate Associate breaks
Address customer concerns
Ensure Associates execute tasks
Communicate with management and Associates
Provide recognition and feedback
Partner with Management on training
Ensure adherence to labor laws
Promote credit programs
Support shrink reduction goals
Promote safety awareness
Maintain safe environment
