About the Role Margaux is seeking a thoughtful and highly organized Customer Experience Associate to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. Working closely with the CX team, you will support customers throughout their shopping journey, delivering warm, personalized service across email and chat. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and takes pride in creating a seamless, detail-oriented experience. There will also be opportunities to flex up hours during key moments in the business, including major sales and seasonal peaks.
