Also, responsible for performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.   Essential Duties and Functions  Remove and replace plastic liners from trash receptacles and take trash to designated trash bin. Mop floors with dust mop. Mop floors and warehouse with wet mop using appropriate disinfectant. Dust all woodwork, office furniture (desks, chairs, and tables), file cabinets, counter tops and shelves. Vacuum floors and carpets with vacuum cleaner. Sweep out warehouse with broom. Clean all sinks with approved disinfectant. Clean all rest rooms with approved cleaners. Scrub laboratory floors with appropriate disinfectant. Buff floors with appropriate cleaning equipment. Communicate all information pertinent to cleaning procedures, equipment, cleaning solutions, problems, or personnel issues to the Environmental Services Supervisor.   Position Requirements  High school diploma or GED preferred; not required One to two years’ experience cleaning commercial facilities preferred. Must be dependable, well organized, and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently.   Technical Competencies  Computer proficient for email, document training, reviews, and time clock. Knowledge of and ability to oper
