What You'll Do.
Complete opening and closing duties
Set up and stock the bar
Maintain cleanliness of bar area
Monitor guest alcohol consumption
Process guest payments
Handle cash and credit transactions
Assist with inventory management
Follow opening and closing procedures
Handle guest inquiries
Serve beverages and food
Follow company policies
Maintain attendance and punctuality
Ensure professional appearance
Follow state liquor laws
Attend hotel meetings and trainings
