Provide supervisory oversight for technicians and leads
Coordinate response to open tickets
Ensure resolution of open tickets
Communicate with customers and vendors
Develop annual operational budgets
Manage annual operational budgets
Participate as member of leadership team
Contribute as member of leadership team
Recognize needs of team members
Respond to emergency situations
Coordinate response of maintenance staff
Coordinate response of contractors
Complete repairs to city facilities
Manage processes for CMMS operation
Manage processes for CMMS use
