High School Graduate or GED, Two years related experience in customer service or parking, Valid Virginia Operators License, Adherence to the Qualified Drivers Guidelines and Eligibility Standards, Communications skills, Hospitable, Calm, Tact, Diplomacy, Professional in all situations
What You'll Do.
assistance and information to patients
Manage flow of traffic at each major point of entry
Direct patient transport vans
funeral homes and cab companies
direct and offer assistance to patients and guests
Cross-train in all parking areas
Operate shuttle service for patients
inspect and manage maintenance for all vehicles
Provide after hours transportation for special groups or tours
Park and retrieve vehicles for patients
guests with special needs
Issue valet tickets and document vehicle information
Track and report daily ticket count
Patrol campus and contact Police for urgent situations
De-escalate situations occurring in parking areas
Direct and position vehicles accordingly
