Retrieve orders from storeroom
Check stock received against requisition
Re-check items with bartender
slice and peel garnishes
Store back-up supplies
Maintain adequate amounts of supplies
Maintain cleanliness of bar area
Scoop ice from ice bins
Transport ice to service areas
Replenish ice containers
Box and save empty liquor bottles
Perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
Comply with attendance rules
Perform other job-related duties
