In this role you will be responsible for the planning, design, and integration of Park and Ride facilities to support an express railway system, ensuring seamless multimodal connectivity and efficient passenger access to the rail network. The role will cover Park and Ride facilities from concept through design, procurement support, and delivery, ensuring alignment with passenger demand, traffic management, and integration with station operations and surrounding infrastructure. **What You 'll Be Doing: ** * Lead the planning and design of Park and Ride facilities across all project stages, from feasibility and concept design through detailed design and D&C tender support * Develop strategies for integration of Park and Ride facilities with rail stations, ensuring efficient passenger access, circulation, and connectivity * Define technical requirements and layouts for parking facilities, including capacity, access/egress, traffic flow, and user convenience * Ensure seamless integration with multimodal transport systems including bus, taxi, drop-off/pick-up zones, and pedestrian access * Coordinate with station design, urban planning, and traffic engineering teams to ensure alignment with overall infrastructure and land use planning * Support preparation of Design and Construct tender documentation, including specifications, layouts, and performance requirements for Park and Ride facilities * Develop solutions to optimize passenger flow between parking ar
