Paraprofessional (RBT) – Glastonbury, Connecticut Pay: $24.00-$28.00 Hourly | Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week | After-school hours Locations: Wilton, CT (Morning shifts available as well as After-school shifts; 9:00-2:00 and 5:00-8:00) Company: Behavior Stars Make an Impact—Every Session Matters At Behavior Stars, we’re dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental needs build meaningful skills and thrive. We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking RBT who is reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference. What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink) Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Communicate progress with your BCBA and team Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins Requirements: Active RBT certification preferred not required RBT Training and certification paid for by us! Highschool diploma is a must Minimum 6 months experience working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation Strong Data entry skills Why Join Behavior Stars?
