Must Have
1+ years’ experience in a Paraplanning role in a similar environment. High degree of numeracy. Accuracy with good attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload. Ability to work as part of a team and to learn new skills/knowledge. Good decision-making skills. Excellent time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience of working with IT systems that support this service. High level of technical knowledge across the full range of advice.
What You'll Do.
The Paraplanner researches and writes financial advice reports, supports the training and development of the team, and maintains paraplanning tools and reference material.
This role involves drafting suitability reports with guidance, liaising with Financial Planners for information accuracy, and assisting in the interpretation of client meetings to prepare recommendations.
The position also requires ensuring customer experience standards and TCF are maintained, updating workflow records, and managing workloads efficiently.

The main purpose of this role is research and write advice reports, support training and development of the team, and to take an active role in maintaining paraplanning tools and reference material. Deputising during periods of absence, providing coaching, mentoring or training support for the team and being a model of excellence.
