Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance testing work and assist with file management

Support responses to client inquiries and preparation of client communications

Identify opportunities for automation in database/testing methods

Participate in training and professional development to stay current on ERISA regulations and practice developments

Perform other tasks as needed
