What You'll Do.
Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents
due diligence review and related tasks
Organize and maintain working files and important papers
paper and e-mail correspondence
inter-office memoranda and attorney work product
Organize and maintain due diligence documents
Perform due diligence searches
Utilize and manage electronic databases
including assisting with AI technology under the supervision of attorneys
Organize internal documentation databases
organize and track prepare bound volumes following completion of a transaction of necessary organize and distribute post-closing documents
Assist in reviewing comfort letter tick and ties
Assist in reviewing presentations with the supervision of attorneys
Assist in reviewing legends and disclaimers
Assist with document/information gathering
logistics and coordination of items received
Assist with business development presentations and in the organization of business development meetings and travel
Assist in preparing and distributing documents to counterparties and opposing counsel
Perform other duties as assigned
