At least 4 years of transactional paralegal prior in-house experience

Nice to Have

prior in-house experience at a public company is a plus, Experience using DocuSign, LinkSquares, or similar contract lifecycle management platforms is a plus, passion for supporting a rapidly growing industry

What You'll Do.

Support commercial transactions

Assist with drafting and negotiation of agreements

Assist with insurance function

Facilitate and oversee agreement execution process

Act as operations specialist

Design and implement knowledge management systems

Maintain database of approved agreement templates

Organize and store executed commercial agreements
